VIDEO CLIP CONTEST

The video clip contest of European Psychologists in Schools 2010 has started! Students, teachers, parents and psychologists in the educational system of Europe are invited to take part by sending their video clip contributions.

Until 31 May 2010 contest contributions under the title „Psychologists in schools- what do they do?” can be handed in online at www.nepes.eu .

We look for video clip contributions, which will discover the work of psychologists in schools: presentation of projects, activities, interviews of people who experienced the work of psychologists in schools, interviews with psychologists in schools, interviews with people, who work with psychologists in schools, scenes of the work of psychologists in schools, imaginations of the work of school psychologists…..
Organiser of the contest is the Network of European Psychologists in the Educational System N.E.P.E.S. and the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations

THE CONTEST
You send us a video clip of max 10 minutes according to the title„ Psychologists in schools- what do they do? “ It can be an oral presentation, or an interview with people about psychologists and their work in schools, about an experience with psychologists in schools, about no experience with them. It could be a role play or a filmed documentary of psychologists’ activities/ projects in schools etc. Your contribution can be made in every language spoken in the European Union.

Deadline is 31 May 2010. The winner’s ceremony will take place in July 2010 in Dublin.

„Psychologists in schools- what do they do?”

The video clip prize of European Psychologists in Schools 2010 will be awarded to the best presentation, which reflects the reality of psychological work in schools. The best video clip contributions will be selected for a documentary about school psychology across Europe and will be made publicly accessible on the N.E.P.E.S. website http://www.nepes.eu

The contest is addressed to pupils and teachers in schools across Europe as well as to parents and psychologists of the European educational system. 

PARTICIPATION
Contest contributions can be sent in online from 1 February 2010 until 31 May 2010  to the N.E.P.E.S. website  http://www.nepes.eu

Selection and Winner’s Ceremony
An independent professional team will evaluate the contributions and will nominate the best video clip. The winner will be invited to a public presentation of the winning video clip during the Conference of the International School Psychology Association ISPA in Dublin, July 2010. The Conference is an opportunity for psychologists in the educational system and their guests for professional exchange and debates.

PRIZE
The winner will receive a trip to Dublin including accommodation in July 2010 and a prize of € 500.
