Welcome to the Network of European Psychologists in the Education System!

The network is meant to support Psychologists in their work in the Education System across Europe through this interactive website in order to help developing an optimal learning environment. This is the place to publish and store your projects, ideas, experiences, stories and professional issues you feel important to share.

Also we like to inform interested people about the work of Psychologists in the Education System, who they are, what they do, where you can find them...Read more about us [1]!

Why is the website still thin? N.E.P.E.S. has only been founded in July 2007 and went online June 1st 2008! Thus you are entering a new home, which has already foundations and several floors, but still needs to be furnished. The more psychologists like you will participate actively, the more 'cosy' the house will appear in the near future! Choose nepes.eu from now on as your personal area of concern, register as a new member of the website community and help furnishing our new professional home!

RESULTS of the N.E.P.E.S. VIDEO CLIP CONTEST 2010! CONGRATULATIONS TO THE WINNER IRENA GUDULE FROM LATVIA!

We would like to thank all participants in the N.E.P.E.S. video clip contest 2010 on school psychology very much for their efforts and their time spent to illustrate the work of psychologists in schools.

The Network of European Psychologists in the Educational System is more than happy to have received 18 video clips – some are rather great film productions than video clips- about school psychology from Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Germany, Latvia, Netherlands, Romania, Slovak Republic, Switzerland. The contributions will help to create a realistic picture of the profession of school psychologists across Europe. THANK YOU!

The N.E.P.E.S. independent jury has chosen one contest winner, though the jury found that this was a really challenging task. They would have liked to be able to give an award to each contest participant. The jury was composed as fair as possible in terms of profession and nationality: one German teacher, one ICT expert from Great Britain, two clinical psychologists from the Netherlands and France, one film expert from Austria. The jury has decided to

give the prize of the N.E.P.E.S. video clip contest 2010 to IRENA GUDULE from Latvia for her contribution “20 years of school psychological service”.

The jury was impressed by the variety and diversity of professional activities of Latvian school psychologists and wishes to congratulate Mrs. Gudule as well as the numerous school psychologists having participated in this interesting video clip production. You can watch the film here [5].
